As well as working in production, as community liaison, and as talent wrangler on such events as The Giller Prize, The Much Music Video Awards, Word On the Street, and Live at the Rehearsal Hall, I have also produced a number of events, myself.

Pop Up Tours is an event that ventures into west-end Toronto and provides attendees with three experiences in one fun night. We go to three businesses, all near each other, for a 45-minute stop at each, doing something fun at every stop.

The Westside’s Story Camp Fair was a for-profit event, hosted at venues in Toronto’s Junction area, showcasing a diverse selection of area day camps.
Durie Street Party

The Durie Street Party is a community event requiring planning at least 3 months in advance. Permits are necessary and this event features; kids’ crafts and games, a bouncy castle, sporting events, a co-ordinated potluck and bbq dinner, a pie contest, Bingo, a talent show, and band performance.
CHUM Holiday Party Variety Show

The CHUM Holiday Party Variety Show was a full-blown production, performed and filmed in front of an audience of CHUM Television employees, including then-leader Moses Znaimer. This required careful budgeting, approaching sponsors for raffle items, co-ordinating the talent show, writing a script (including technical direction), arranging and co-ordinating lighting, set design, audio, etc., and line producing the event one year and hosting the other.
